Expertly navigating organizations through technology transformation for over twenty years, Evan has rich experience with service businesses and has consulted or led teams in Finance, Retail Services, Hospitality and Ecommerce industries. Prior to starting Green Leaf Business Solutions LLC, a technology consulting services and advisory firm, Evan spent five years as Vice President and CTO for Red Robin International during a period of unprecedented growth which saw the company double in size to over $1.2B in revenue and an industry leader. Evan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo.

Rich has worked in the information technology industry for over 25 years in various business development and leadership capacities. He founded, led, and successfully sold a cloud and technology services company with operations across multiple states that served small and medium organizations in numerous industries. After fourteen years serving as President of ROI TekPartner and Verticomm Technologies, Rich now focuses on his passion – helping people and their organizations thrive and evolve using technology. Rich has an MBA degree from Columbia University in New York and a Bachelor degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Ian currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Elevate, specializing in healthcare solutions. He has been instrumental in modernizing healthcare IT infrastructure and improving service delivery in underserved areas. Prior to this role, Ian was CTO at a major retail chain in Colorado and guided the company through a successful transition to a cloud-first architecture, streamlining operations, and enhancing customer experience. Ian was also a Managing Partner of a telecom company that developed innovative solutions encompassing hosted, on-premise, and managed telecom services, greatly enhancing remote work capabilities and call center productivity. This venture culminated in the successful sale of the company. Earlier, as VP of Technical Operations in the telecom sector, Ian was responsible for architectural design and leading technical implementation of system and network deployments. This role highlighted Ian's expertise in operations and strategic planning. Ian brings a unique philosophy to technology leadership, emphasizing deep listening to all collaborators and utilizing his extensive experience to devise solutions and build effective teams. This approach has been a cornerstone in Ian's successful career, ensuring projects exceed a high standard of both technical excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. Outside the professional arena, Ian enjoys exploring the stunning landscapes of Colorado and is a trained mediator.

With 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry, Alexandra has played a pivotal role in steering companies of all sizes through the ever-evolving technology landscape. She brings a decade of information services leadership experience in various capacities, including operations, compliance, and strategy. She is dedicated to ensuring that Elevate Services Group honors a commitment to operational excellence through an Experience-based operating model; taking a human-first approach to the business impact that technology creates. Alexandra has a Bachelor degree from Temple University
