For over two decades, Evan has been making technology simple and functional for companies that rely on it. His career has spanned finance, retail, hospitality, and ecommerce industries where IT drives growth.
Before co-founding Elevate, he was Vice President and CTO at Red Robin International, helping double the company to $1.2B in revenue. He later launched Green Leaf Business Solutions, a consulting firm aligning technology and business strategy.
A Cal Poly San Luis Obispo graduate in Industrial Engineering, Evan brings strategic vision and operational know-how to Elevate’s mission of giving every client a true IT function that helps businesses win.

Rich has spent 25+ years helping organizations use technology to grow and adapt. He founded and scaled a multi-state cloud and services company serving small and mid-sized businesses, eventually leading it to acquisition.
After fourteen years as President of ROI TekPartner and Verticomm Technologies, he joined Elevate to focus on what drives him most, making sense of technology to fuel growth.
Rich earned his MBA from Columbia University and played hockey while earning his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame. Today, he leads the charge in building strong, lasting client relationships with Elevate’s current and future clients.

Carrie thrives on bringing order to complexity. Before joining Eevate, she led the IT Project Management team, standardizing processes, mentoring a new department, and managing 40+ projects at once to improve client outcomes and performance.
With earlier roles as an IT Project Manager and Business Analyst, she has developed deep expertise in change management and process improvement. A certified PMP, Carrie now applies her discipline and drive at Elevate, ensuring Core Services deliver consistency, efficiency, and lasting value to our client partners.
